Representation and Warranties
By submitting a model to ROMAN SKY COLLECTIVE, you represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of all rights in the submitted work or that you are fully authorized to grant the rights described below. You confirm that your submission is original and that no third‑party rights (including publicity, privacy, trademark, copyright, moral rights, or contractual rights) are infringed.
Originality and Non Identification
You guarantee that the submitted model does not intentionally replicate, impersonate, or materially resemble any identifiable real person, living or deceased, public figure, or celebrity. If your model is inspired by a real person, you must obtain and provide written, verifiable consent from that person before submission.
Rights and License Grant
You confirm you hold all necessary rights, clearances, and consents to license the submitted assets for commercial use. By listing with ROMAN SKY COLLECTIVE you grant ROMAN SKY COLLECTIVE a non‑exclusive, worldwide, transferable license to display, promote, and introduce the model to potential clients and partners for the purpose of booking and campaign placement, subject to agreed usage terms and any restrictions you provide.
Rights Attestation and Verification
You agree to complete a rights attestation during onboarding and to provide documentation on request (e.g., contracts, releases, provenance records). ROMAN SKY COLLECTIVE reserves the right to suspend or remove any listing pending verification or if credible claims of infringement or misrepresentation arise.
Indemnification and Liability
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ROMAN SKY COLLECTIVE, ROMAN SKY MEDIA GROUP and their affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these representations and warranties, or from any third‑party claim that the submitted content infringes rights or violates law. ROMAN SKY COLLECTIVE’s liability for any claim related to listings is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

I confirm that I am the owner or authorized rights holder of the submitted model; the work is original and does not materially resemble any identifiable real person; I have obtained all necessary consents and releases; and I agree to the ROMAN SKY COLLECTIVE terms, including verification and a 10% commission on confirmed bookings.
